Making a decision is so critical.
You are just one decision away from having a different life which you deserve. A life where your dreams come true and you only have happiness and joy around you, but you need to have complete patience and not make that one bad decision which would give an instant regret.
Think about all the love and people around you because your decision is going to give them pain for their lifetime.
We all make a bubble inside our heads with our biological, psychological feelings, people’s perception and not let go of it.
It’s only you, who knows what you are going through and nobody can change it, until and unless you sit and have a deep discussion about how you feel and what’s bothering you so much that you want to hurt yourself.
To burst that bubble it might take days, weeks, months or even years but its eventually going to be destroyed and you will forget how you felt.
You would have thought about your problem and decided there is nothing that can solve it, but for every problem, there is a solution. So stop overthinking your problem and find a solution.
You are a strong independent person who can do wonders in your life.
You should always remember sometime in the future everything is going to be completely fine and you are going to have a peaceful life.
“Place your hand over your heart, can you feel it? That is called purpose. You’re alive for a reason so don’t ever give up.” – Unknown
Things you can do to save someone from being suicidal.

When you see someone who seems to be disturbed or feel low talk to them or when someone wants to talk to you, listen to them, you never know what they are going through and what they want to share with you.
Maybe if you spare your 5 mins from your clock you would be able to talk to them and save them from hurting themselves, because most of the time people think no one will listen to them.
How to talk to them?
Firstly take the person seriously. Assure them that you are always there.
- Listen to their feelings and tell them everything is going to be fine.
- Just listen, don’t judge or tell their viewpoint is wrong. Ask them from when do they feel this low.
